Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at the junior level, you will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Working closely with senior analysts and the marketing team, you’ll contribute to data-driven decisions that enhance customer engagement and ROI across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and ad platforms.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Keyword Research: Assist in conducting SEO and PPC keyword research to improve organic and paid campaign performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research competitor campaigns and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Help design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing elements.
  • Support Team Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to align strategies with business goals.
  • Trend Identification: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, data analytics, and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
    • Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
    • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with an ability to derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating reports and collaborating with the team.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for landing page optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Mailchimp or Marketo.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint.
